Experience the passion of good ol’ boys Jon Holland and Paul Harrington, two fans who literally have a ‘driving’ obsession for the Dukes of Hazzard.
A self proclaimed “Dukes Historian”, Jon has an impressive collection which even includes a piece of asbestos that came from Jessie Duke’s house in the series!
Travel with Jon to the 2006 DukesFest in Nashville where almost 100,000 Dukes enthusiasts from 13 countries celebrate the program over 3 days.
From there, we travel to the home of Paul Harrington in Ruscom Station, Ontario and see the future site of the Canadian Dukes Museum – a museum Paul hopes to one day build.
Paul’s collection is currently housed in a 30 foot trailer that he tows around North America. In it, he displays the biggest Dukes collection in Canada with over 300 items at a net value of $80,000.
Of course like any Dukes of Hazzard fan, Paul’s pride and joy is his replica General Lee; “A woman wants a diamond, this is my diamond.”
