Hey hey, join these Monkees fans as they… Monkee around!  Meet the enthusiastic Cindy Bryant, the biggest Davy Jones fan around.  For the past 20 years Cindy and her Monkees side-kick, Bonnie Borgue have been the energy behind the ‘Purple Flower Gang Monkees Fan Club’. 

Over their 20 years together the pair has traveled cross-country time and time again to catch glimpses of the Monkees (in reunion or solo) more than 200 times!

 Watch as Cindy gears up for another road trip to re-unite with old friends and to see her favorite Monkee, Davy Jones play a show in small-town Illinois.  Tour Cindy’s memorabilia collection and watch as she puts the final touches on a Monkees Monopoly game she’s made especially for Davy that she hopes to give to him personally at the show.  

From there meet our Monkee love couple Abby and Joe Alterio.  These two met and fell in love thanks to their Monkees fandom!  Married for nine years, these two are enormous fans who share an awesome memorabilia collection together that fills an entire room! Their fandom has spanned over 20 years and has shaped their lives and who they are today in every way possible. 

Watch as Abby works on her fan club and Joe, a guitarist, plays us a few Monkees inspired tunes.  Join Abby and Joe as they visit their friends Jim and Lana Cunningham – another Monkees couple!  Finally take a tour of Abby and Joe’s monstrous collection they lovingly describe as their “Monkees Room”.
